Somerset Strategic Partnership has secured funding from the Migration Impacts Fund to improve access to services for migrant communities in South Somerset.
The post aims to provide a bilingual English / Portuguese speaking Community Link Worker to direct Portuguese and migrant communities to basic services such as health, housing, education, and social care.
We are seeking someone who understands the issues faced by migrants and the knowledge and skills required to assist them overcome barriers to integration and access to services. The post is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
