BME Staff NetworkTaunton and Somerset NHS Trust, Somerset PCT and Somerset Partnership Trust are working together to set up and run a network for all staff who are from a Black, Minority Ethinic or International background.
The aim of the network is for staff to get involved in the development of services across the three organisations, and be involved in ensuring equality and diversity is at the top of the agenda.
The network will also provide staff with the opportunity to meet other people from similar backgrounds.
